On January 1st 2024, something brand new in the world of praxis enterprises is going to happen! The two practice enterprises of Karl Franzens University in Graz will be merged into a new company called uniline. In the new company, the expertise of both firms will be present and offered through seminars and consulting services.
During the ongoing semester, the first preparations for the merger were made and the first measures taken. For this purpose, the employees of eXpands´ Consulting and Learning Point department got together with the employees of KFUNIine and formed three working groups. While the first group deals with the product portfolio and marketing measures, the second is responsible for clarifying the theoretical framework conditions for the merger and creating a schedule. The third team is basically responsible for handling the merger with ACT. We can already guarantee that you will benefit from the high quality and expertise you are used to when doing business with the new company uniline.
This is just a small insight into what goes on behind the scenes in our company eXpand and what will happen in the future. As you can see, we are also busy besides our daily business, because it is in our nature to develop ourselves and chase new challenges.
