On the 22th of November 2022, the employees of the training firms eXpand and KFUNIline set off by train from Graz to Vienna for the Entrepreneurship Summit. Already on the train, which left at 05:26 am, we started early with a World Café. With that method, all employees took the opportunity to eXpand intracompany connections. The individual tasks of the different departments were discussed and as a result, synergy potentials between the departments were discovered. After arriving at the “Haus der Industrie”, the day started with the lectures: "Design the future" and "Business model and innovation". During the whole morning, interesting lectures could be followed, and a lot of new things were learned.
From 12:30 to 13:30 the lunch break took place, during which we could choose from a variety of filled rolls and pastries at the buffet.
After everyone enjoyed the refreshments, the afternoon continued with more exciting presentations. Below are a few of the contributions that were held in the afternoon:

In the lecture "Ideas for the new curriculum" there were several interesting speakers, one of them was our professor Ms Riebenbauer. A very special guest in this lecture was Professor Rolf Dubs, a Swiss business educator.
After the many experiences at the Summit, we discussed our impressions together on the train ride home. In the context of "speed dating" we answered and asked questions like: What surprised me? What did I remember most? What will I take with me for my role as a teacher?
It was a long and impressive day, during which we learned a lot. In addition to that we realised that such an event like the Entrepreneurship Summit is an encouragement station for changemakers and entrepreneurship educators and this event is meant to support people in developing ideas and implementing them!
