On April 23rd, 2024, the World Café for the Summer Semester took place. It served as a platform for introducing the workshop method while offering the possibility for discussions among all departments of the practice enterprise.
Participants engaged in structured discussions, rotating among tables to exchange insights on predetermined topics, fostering collaboration and idea generation. The relaxed café atmosphere encouraged informal interaction, enabling individual contributions from diverse perspectives. By involving all departments in the process, we were able to find synergies and ways to enable us to generate further potential for success in future semesters.
After the merger of KFUniline and eXpand our company started in a new chapter in its history. The focus this year was the improvement of our structure and our processes for the next semester. We were able to develop ideas for the organization of the workflow and the responsibilities of the departments, which we will present to the new students for the next semester at the Info Day.
The event underscores the importance of collaboration within an enterprise and sets a foundation for enhanced cooperation amidst evolving business landscapes. Overall, the World Café 2024 not only promoted dialogue but also contributed to shaping a path toward a successful future of the UniLine GmbH.
