Mission Statement

UniLine Education & Consulting GmbH is dedicated to consolidating and expanding existing business relationships on the practice enterprise market. Furthermore, learning and the continuous development of our offering, but also of our company, is an integral part of our philosophy. With our three pillars, digitalization, sustainability and humanity, we will continue to expand our market leadership. Our main goal is to enable the successful expansion of businesses on national and international markets by providing personalized consulting services and educational training to increase their growth and performance potential.

True to the motto: „Connect. Expand. Succeed.”

Our learning goals

Combining the best of our prior businesses, our practice enterprise UniLine emerges as a role model of innovation and excellence in the areas of education and consultancy on the national as well as the international market. As one of a few university practice enterprises whose communication is executed solely in English, we want to act as a role model for other practice enterprises.

Rooted in the core values of digitalisation, sustainability, and humanity, we envision a future where UniLine not only stands as a market leader but also serves as an impulse for positive change on a global scale. Our mission extends beyond profit margins, as we actively contribute to the evolution and growth of practice enterprises. From the very beginning, it has been fundamental to us to strengthen and expand our business relationships and to always operate to the complete satisfaction of our customers. Our product portfolio ranges from individual, high-quality consulting services to up-to-date and high-quality solutions for strategic management decisions. Additionally, we offer seminars on software and state-of-the-art business topics for employers and employees.

In unity, we strengthen the 'UniLine' brand, not merely as a corporate entity but as a force for positive transformation. Through the permanent application of Total Quality Management and the ongoing adjustment of processes through Continuous Improvement, we aim to strengthen our corporate identity. We invite partners, learners, and collaborators to join us in shaping a future where further education, sustainability, and happiness unite for a better world.

UniLine involves digitalisation as a stimulus for transformative education and consultancy. Our mission is not only to adapt to the digital age but to actively shape its evolution, ensuring that our stakeholders thrive in a digitally interconnected world.

With sustainability as a guiding principle, UniLine is committed to protecting the environment and benefiting society by following responsible business practices to ensure a better world for future generations.

At the heart of our mission is humanity, reflected in the well-being of our employees by recognizing that their fulfilment and happiness are the driving forces behind our success. We strive to create an inclusive and collaborative work environment that not only values diversity but also encourages creativity and innovation.

Our working processes

In our professional environment, we have adopted English as our primary working language to foster the improvement of language skills, essential for both our roles as businesspeople and our aspirations as future educators.
Embracing Total Quality Management (TQM) principles, we are committed to continuous improvement of our products and services, reflected in 1-2 Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) at any given time.
Regular external quality audits, observed during our dedicated Quality Management (QM) days, ensure our adherence to high standards. We place a strong emphasis on reflection, analysing interactions, collaborations, client engagements, and workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
Our approach to learning extends beyond the individual level to encompass pedagogical and organizational dimensions, providing robust support for our practice enterprises. Flexible working arrangements, including options for remote work like Home-Office, accommodate diverse needs while maintaining productivity.
Unified under the banner of teamwork, we collectively strive towards common goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success. Constructive criticism and reflection are embraced as essential tools for growth, woven into the fabric of our daily interactions.
Regular business meetings serve as forums for communication and alignment, ensuring that our operations remain streamlined and effective. We uphold a valid business model, subject to continuous discussion and revision to adapt to evolving circumstances and opportunities.
Integral to our working processes is a commitment to sustainability and the conservation of natural resources. We recognize the importance of responsible stewardship in our operations and strive to integrate sustainable practices into all facets of our work.

Teaching skills improvements

At a meta level, our practice enterprises serve as invaluable platforms for experiential learning and professional development. From a pedagogical standpoint, we meticulously plan the academic year within these enterprises, emphasizing modelling and assessment techniques to ensure comprehensive skill development.
Within the "Corporate Support" department, resources and methodologies are provided to enhance understanding of the practice enterprise model and facilitate personal growth. Emphasis is placed on viewing the practice enterprise not merely as a simulated business, but as a dynamic environment for learning, where teachers play a pivotal role in guiding students and integrating Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
To deepen understanding, regular visits to practice enterprises hosted at schools offer firsthand insight into their functioning and educational significance. Reflection is embedded as a cornerstone of our approach, allowing for continuous improvement and refinement of our methods and strategies.
In essence, our practice enterprises embody a holistic approach to learning, bridging theory with practical application, and nurturing a culture of inquiry and growth among both students and educators.

Working and learning field of UniLine

At UniLine, the convergence of work and learning creates a dynamic environment that caters to both students and teachers alike. Under the stewardship of management, a robust framework for personal and professional development is established, nurturing growth opportunities for all stakeholders.
Recognizing the pivotal role of teachers, departments systematically delve into diverse topics each term, implementing them within the context of teaching and considering their implications from an educator's perspective. This iterative process is reinforced through repeated engagement with the PDCA cycle, fostering a deep understanding of our evolving roles as future teachers – whether as providers of information, facilitators, moderators, or coaches.
As students at UniLine, we assume three distinct perspectives, each contributing to our multifaceted learning experience. Firstly, as employees, we immerse ourselves in the practical application of knowledge within a practice enterprise, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Secondly, from a learning perspective, we step back from daily operations to grasp the broader picture, fostering a holistic understanding of business dynamics. Lastly, at the meta-level, we engage in rigorous discussions and reflections on the modelling of practice enterprises and their pedagogical frameworks, envisioning our future roles as educators.
To enrich our perspectives, we engage in extensive reading and discussions centred around practice-enterprise-related literature, enriching our understanding and informing our practice. Within this environment, we cherish the freedom and self-responsibility afforded to us, recognizing them as integral components of our learning journey.
Central to our endeavours is the modelling of a practice enterprise, an endeavour deemed of utmost importance. It serves as a cornerstone of our educational experience, providing a tangible context for theory application and skill development, preparing us comprehensively for our future roles as educators.
