This year we started our strategy seminar in Schielleiten with full energy after the semester break. The beautiful castle is located in the eastern part of Styria and looks very inviting and harmonious with its old facades. For all of us the two days were very exciting, interesting and instructive!
Through many team games and group works, we very quickly became a dynamic group and could fully engage in the seminar. We were able to get to know each other much better over the two days and our management prepared a lot of games for us to build our team building skills and also to step out of our comfort zone personally. This is very useful for all of us, as we will be working closely together across the departments.
Due to the fact that there were several people who had no experience with practice enterprises, the information were very useful for a successful start. We were able to gain more insights into the company structure and the organization of the practice enterprises KFUNIline and eXpand. Towards the end of the seminar, everyone was very exhausted from the intensive time, but we were all looking forward to spending time together and working together.
